How do I return an item?
All items must be returned in their CLEAN, ORIGINAL PACKAGING. If there is no Packing Slip, or Reason for the return, Our Returns Department cannot issue a Refund.
If you receive the wrong item or a damaged item, we'll gladly fix it by shipping a replacement or issuing a 100% refund.
If items are returned for any other reason, a refund will be issued minus a 10% restocking fee. In this case, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Returns will be accepted up to 60 days from date of purchase.
