How do I return an item?
All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code. To get an RMA, please call us (toll free) 1-888-400-2677 (Monday-Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm Eastern Time) or e-mail us at email@example.com and we will be glad to assit you. All items must be returned in their CLEAN, ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
If you receive the wrong item or a damaged item, we'll gladly fix it by shipping a replacement or issuing a 100% refund.
If items are returned for any other reason, a refund will be issued minus a 10% restocking fee. In this case, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Returns will be accepted up to 60 days from date of purchase.
